Password not working

I entered my password but I could not enter the training system. What can I do?

  1. Wrong Login or Password
Check the spelling of your username and password. If you received your account data from us via email, your account was generated automatically and should be correct. We recommend a copy and paste procedure from the PDF file to the login mask.
  2. Your user account is not active
Your account is expired or has been deactivated. Contact us via email and ask for reopening or reactivation of your account.
  3. Reset passwort
You may reset your password with a click on "Forgot Password" in the Login page. Now please enter your username and email address. After the confirmation you will receive an automatically generated email from the ILIAS System. The email includes a link that allows you to change your password.
